I recently completed the Strengths Finder assessment. My top strength is Harmony.

People who are especially talented in the Harmony theme look for consensus. They don’t enjoy conflict; rather, they seek areas of agreement.

To reduce the possibility of conflict, you may consider everyone’s point of view. Perhaps you help some individuals see where they are in agreement with others. You might avoid displays of boastful self-importance. Checking those tasks off your list brings you much pleasure, and it helps you get along with others who notice your close attention to the work required of you. By nature, you may be delighted to simply rank among the topmost performers when comparisons are made or scores are kept.

I think people with my strengths are often overlooked because we don't promote ourselves; we prefer to let our work speak for us and if someone doesn't understand it then chances are pretty good they never will.

Achiever

People who are especially talented in the Achiever theme have a great deal of stamina and work hard. They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive.

You'll never meet anyone who is as productive as Angela. She gets things done. The more on her plate the more she looks forward to getting into the office to get things done. It's amazing for a person who doesn't drink coffee!
